In some cases, goods offered for sale on the Site may not be available in retail stores. Prices displayed on the Site are indicated in the applicable currency (i.e. in euros) and are valid and effective in the country from which the products are Out of Stock and shipped.

CANCELLATION PERIOD - RETURNS and REFUNDS
In accordance with the European Directive 2011/83 of the European Parliament, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of return costs.
Because we all have the right to change our minds, we undertake to refund or exchange any unused product returned to us complete in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt of your parcel.

To obtain a refund, simply send us an email specifying the order number and all the information required to process your request (product name, date of purchase, etc.).
ATTENTION: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if :
- The product is not in its original packaging
- Product no longer has labels
- The product is dirty, has been used or is damaged
